Hawaiian dentist Young C. Park has turned his attention to detail from teeth to models, constructing elaborately exact 1/16 WWII fighter plane replicas entirely out of aluminum — complete with working control rods, chains and gears.

All the wing surfaces, flaps, ailerons, landing gear and other controls are functional, but the levers to operate them are so small it requires tweezers.
