What exactly is this 275 HP, 295 lb-ft of torque inline-five-equipped 2009 Euro-spec Ford Focus RS doing on U.S. soil? We're not quite sure, but it's not uncommon to see non-U.S. spec cars sporting manufacturer plates running around these parts. Does this mean that Ford just might be considering letting us 'mericans get in on the fun? Probably not in this generation, but we're always hopeful. [via FocusFanatics]
