Speed limits, like death and taxes, are unfortunate parts of life, but rarely are they this obnoxious. Highways? 55 MPH. Sure. In-town? 35MPH. Fine. Pedestrian areas? 5-10 MPH. Whatever. But 12 1/2MPH at a hospital? Really!? [via Imgur]
