Those of you with keen eyesight may have noticed a BMW key dangling from the ignition of the naked Morgan Aero Supersports in Geneva last week. We have asked a Morgan representative to explain.

Despite our initial beliefs, not all Morgans are made of wood. The $187,000 Aero Supersports, shown in Geneva in all its naked beauty, is all metal, BMW and sidepipes. What it lacks is glass: champagne flutes, to be exact.

We’ve already told you about Morgan’s $187,000 Aero SuperSports with its T-top and 4.8-liter BMW V8. What we didn't mention is the twin champagne bottle holder behind the leather bucket seats — complete with flutes.

Based on last year's Morgan Aeromax Coupe, the Aero SuperSports drops its top in the name of modern performance with a retro feel. The wood-framed convertible can hit speeds in excess of 170 MPH.
