You wouldn't guess that Baku, Azerbaijan would be full of Euro V8 musclecars, but it is. And they do burnouts.

Over here in American cities, E63 AMGs are unbelievably common. In Western Europe, they're amazingly rare. I have a sneaking suspicion that they're rather ordinary in Baku, though, where the money is rolling in like the oil that creates it.
