"American muscle cars are great in a straight line, but they can't turn worth a damn!" That's what people say. Modern muscle cars continue to prove them wrong, and there are plenty of historical examples that do too.
I have been driving a certain flavor of Dodge Challenger (not the Hellcat, sadly) for the past week and what has amazed me most is how neutral it is in the corners. It's no Miata, of course, but it's not some brick, either. It can handle. Lots of muscle cars can.
That's our question of the day: What muscle cars, old or new, can handle surprisingly well too?
An older example was that 1967 Plymouth Barracuda that Petolicious featured a little while ago. With the Formula S suspension and braking package, that car paired American V8 power with impressive cornering abilities — a fearsome combination for sure.
