Danica Patrick Is Now The First Woman To Lead A Lap At The Daytona 500

Last weekend, Danica Patrick made NASCAR history by becoming the first woman to secure the pole position for the Daytona 500. Today, she did it again at the race itself.

Patrick is now the first woman to lead a lap under a green flag at the Daytona 500. Remember, she did the same a few years ago at Indy, and also became the first woman to win a race in that series.

Congratulations, Danica. A well-deserved milestone.
