Members of Mennonite sects that permit driving but not "graven images" (e.g., driver's license photos) are being told that the no-photo-required religious exemption once offered by Missouri is being revoked as part of the War On Terror, and if they don't like it they can just leave the state. Many of the affected Mennonites are doing just that, heading south to Arkansas, one of the few remaining states that still issues photo-free licenses to Mennonites. Meanwhile, Al-Qaeda gives up plans to obtain Missouri driver's licenses for its operatives.
