Formula One steering wheels are known for being incredibly complicated pieces of tech that take a long time to master. This latest generation of wheels have even more systems to manage than ever. Here's Ferrari tester Marc Gene to break it all down.

As we saw with the Mercedes steering wheel, there are oodles of new controls that a driver has to master while going wheel to wheel. But you don't really understand how complex until you listen to an F1 driver take nearly three minutes to explain all of the functions of the wheel.

These are people who rarely ever take three minutes to complete a lap of a track, so it's a big deal that the wheel takes this long to explain.
