What you see here isn't just some crappy homebrew Batmobile parked on a random sidewalk. This is either a real art deco "Keaton" Batmobile from one of the Tim Burton films or an excellent reproduction.
Of course, what you also see here is Dubai, where the magical and horrible occur on a daily basis. Daily-driving a Batmobile — in as much as any wealthy person in Dubai commutes in anything — seems magical to us.
