Mao's Last Dancer tells the emotional and uplifting true story of a young Chinese ballet dancer who comes to Houston and experiences the joy of freedom his home country denies him. It's cute, but it would be a way better flick if the main character built his own version of an Ariel Atom and came to America to experience the joy of cars not constructed mostly out of old shopping carts.
