It's debatable whether a traffic reporter could be slapped with the hoon label, particularly if she's not even in a car. but in this case she is very deserving. The video in question is from a Friday, and not only does traffic girl not sympathize with whatever anxiety viewers might be experiencing as far as pre-weekend snarls and jams go, she decides to throw it all in their faces by... well, just watch the video and see what she decides to do. Words fail me. Regardless, that's no way to start the day. Then again, it's New Jersey, so we probably shouldn't expect anything better. It's definitely some hooning, though. [Funnieststuff]
