Common knowledge says front-wheel-drive cars understeer and rear-wheel-drive cars oversteer. This is not always the case, as legendary rally wheelman Jean Ragnotti demonstrates with a Renault Clio Kit Car.

Rally Kit Cars were basically just high-powered, low-weight front-drive rally cars, fast enough to beat all-wheel-drive cars on tarmac. All the drivers needed was a good bit of handbrake, and sliding the rear wan't a problem.

So if you think rear-drive is the only way to get sliding in a car, think again.

I autocrossed my FoST for the first time recently, tons of oversteer. Now it was lift-off-throttle vs. right foot down oversteer, but fun nevertheless.
