What stood out to me with that whole video was how incredibly simple that car's suspension is. The wheel attaches to this uppy-downy part, the uppy-downy part attaches to the car on this hinge and to the spring/shock near the wheel. The spring and shock control how fast the uppy-downy goes uppy-downy. Done.
