Getting air can be nice. Getting air can be fun. Having half your car get air because your entire car is getting water because you got T-boned into and on top of a fire hydrant which then decided to shoot your Toyota Corolla into the air is neither nice, nor fun.

The Toyota Corolla in question was just tootling along, like ya do, minding its own business, when a Chevy Suburban smashed into it on 17th street in San Diego, according to the local NBC affiliate.

Everybody in the car was apparently very obstinately minding their own business, because immediately after being hit they all bolted, leading local cops to suspect that the Corolla was probably stolen.

The owner of the car is probably a bit upset right now, to say the least.
