A Long Island, N.Y. car dealership caught the whole thing on its security camera: Two would be thieves, unsuccessful in their attempts to steal a 2012 Audi S5 convertible, returned an hour later, set it on fire and fled again.

A tipster who works at Anchor Audi in Lynbrook, N.Y. sent us post-fire photos of the blaze. A still from the security camera shows firefighters putting it out. The two arsonists are still at large, and a third suspect was seen driving them away after they set fire to the $50,000 car. No injuries were reported, and no other cars were damaged.

Lynbrook authorities have asked anyone with information to call tips line at 1-800-244-TIPS.

Victorious Secret

A long time ago, I was in New York. My friends and I were working for the local dealerships. They were trying to buy the loyalty of customers with precious interiors. But their shipments were being raided in Long Island by a bandit. So, we went looking for the cars. But in six months, we never met anybody who traded with him. One day, I saw a child playing with an Audi the size of a Volkswagen. The bandit had simply been throwing them away.

Some men just think it is good sport. Some men aren't looking for anything logical like good handling or excellent engines. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned or negotiated with (because they think BMW is better). Some men just want to watch the aluminum und shteel burn.
