When we first saw the official shots of the Aston Martin CC100 Speedster, we knew it looked good. What we didn't know, however, was how it sounds. (It sounds awesome, of course.)
The video above, shot at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este this weekend, has that supercar-cough on ignition, with an invigorating V12 rumble at the low end, followed by the trumpeting of elephants at the top of the tachometer. Just to cap it off, there's that sweet little pop on the overrun.
We also get a good look at the peaks and valleys of the exterior and the classic leather-and-carbon-fiber interior of the car, away from the carefully lit backdrops of the Aston studios. And yet, somehow, it looks even better.
I want this, very badly. If you happen to have a copy of the Aston Martin CC100 Speedster, please do send one along. Please. Pretty please. Please.
Big thanks to Marco for sending it in!
