God Bless Texas. The state's house just overwhelmingly passed a law allowing hunters to shoot wild hogs from helicopters. It's called the "pork chopper" bill and it's not redneck silliness. Feral hogs cause $400 million in damage each year.
My Dad has always told me that he doesn't respect hunters who just drive to game, get out of the truck and shoot it. He has an almost philosophical belief in tracking the game down for a couple of days, on foot before finding it and killing it. I wonder what he'll think of this.
