One Clean Bunny: 1984 Rabbit GTI 1.8T

This image was lost some time after publication, but you can still view it here.

The VW nuts at VWVortex are featuring perhaps one of the cleanest VW Bunnies of all time. We've always been fans of the Rabbit's Giorgetto Giugiaro-penned lines, but coupled with modern 20-valve, turbocharged Audi hardware and a set of oskie woskie Ronal Turbo wheels, Aaron Stehly's car is a masterpiece. Aaron bolted the mill to a reworked VW 020 transmission and used a stand-alone engine management system. H&R suspension bits and a beautiful interior round out this perfectly well-done Rabbit.
