Nissan's Chief test driver, Toshio Suzuki hopped behind the wheel of the revised 2010 GT-R in an attempt to shave an additional 3 seconds off the previous 7 minute 29 second lap time. I don't care whether the tires are road-legal or not, whether the engine has been tuned or not, whether they've removed the back seat or not, whether the pilot is an android or not.
This is an impressive performance no matter what, and this comes from someone who doesn't particularly like GT-Rs.
Still, I'd rather blow $50,000 more to get a ZR1... I guess it's just more *fun* to drive.
