Mini Tow Racing Is As Loony As It Sounds

Allow me to introduce mini tow racing, the looniest form of motorsorts I've seen in a long time.

The idea is simple: take one beater racecar, either a hearse or a family sedan, then take an old Mini and attach it to the back of the big racecar with a rigid pole that has joints on both ends. Then get a whole field of car combos together and go racing!

This is the first ever mini tow race, at the Ipswich oval back in 1982. Why it didn't catch on and become a worldwide sensation is beyond me.
