You know, the first reaction to this is that, yeah, even the handicapped can be assholes. But upon further reflection, seeing as how they managed to get it right over the central designated walkway, I'm going for stupid here. I think they figured the striped area was the parking space, and the two wheelchair-icon'd spaces were for egress. I'm not sure what that says- or whom I'd rather be sharing the roads with: assholes or idjits.
