I'm annoyed that GM even put the "Volt" up as a concept. It's pointless because they will NEVER PRODUCE IT. It's a PR campaign in the form of a concept car. Is the technology even around to do what GM says the Volt can do? Unless it runs on magic and the cuteness of kittens, it is just a hollow "We at the General care about the environment and efficiency too! (But not really)" statement.
