Like any automaker with its eyes on the future, Kia was sure to make its presence known at this year’s CES convention. Except instead of a new infotainment system, fancy electric car concept, or some sort of vaporware batmobile, they dropped a tease of a large SUV called the KCD12.
All Kia is saying about this mysterious vehicle is that it’s coming out of the company’s California design studio, and “offers an abundance of advanced technology – including state-of-the-art health-and-wellness technology – and takes Kia’s design language in a bold new direction, suggesting styling of a possible future premium large SUV in the brand’s lineup” according to a statement from the company.
So, Korean Range Rover rival coming soon? We might learn more on January 11th, when the rest of the covers come off this thing at the Detroit Auto Show.
