How A Paralyzed Race Car Driver Keeps A Sense Of Humor

If you haven't seen the documentary on Michael Johnson, the paralyzed racer gunning for the Indy 500, go watch it now. When you're done, here's another story of how he keeps his sense of humor.

This piece comes from to us from RacerJiminez, who added this in the comment section of our story on Johnson.

Funny story about this guy. I was racing with him a couple years ago and someone spun and hit him and he rolled and went into the wall etc. When the medics came he told him he couldn't feel his legs and freaked them out. Good sense of humor about the whole thing.

We see that crash in the doc, but not the discussion with the medics. We wish we were half as cool as this guy.
