Assuming it's legal in your state, $85 is a great price for this highly-rated Cobra radar/laser detector. [ Cobra XRS 9745 Voice Alert 15 Band Radar/Laser Detector with DigiView Data Display, $85]

Leatherman dominates the multitool market, and their Sidekick model is marked down to just $25 today. Makes a great gift. [Leatherman Sidekick MultiTool, $25]

This 130-lumen flashlight has multiple brightness settings, runs on a single AA battery, and is even waterproof. Little wonder it carries a 4.6 star review average. Today's price is the lowest Amazon has ever listed. [Fenix E12 130-Lumen Tactical Flashlight, $22]

It might not be Amazon's flagship e-reader anymore, but the Kindle Paperwhite still arguably offers the best bang for the buck in the Kindle lineup at its usual $119 price tag. But at $79, it's a complete steal.

To be clear, this is a refurbished model, but it comes with the exact same warranty and access to Amazon customer support as a new one, and for $40 less. It's already backordered by 3-5 weeks at the time of this writing, but you should still get it in time for the holidays. [Amazon]

It's not a mechanics set, it's a mechanics seat. [Craftsman Adjustable Mechanics Seat, $17]

This $11 can of fuel system cleaner has an $8 coupon today, bringing it down to just $3 at final checkout. Even if you're a skeptic about this kind of thing, that's an insane price. [Lubegard Fuel System Booster - 16 oz, $3 after coupon]

Note: It's temporarily sold out, but as of this writing, you can still order it. Amazon will ship it to you once they get more.

We suspect there will be a lot of great app deals this holiday season, so get your account balance ready. [ $30 iTunes Gift Card for $25, or $100 for $80]

It's not even Black Friday yet, but we might have already found the most obvious deal of the holiday shopping season. If you're an Amazon Prime member, and you buy $45 in Amazon Gift Cards, you'll get a $10 credit added to your account. That's free money, folks.

Your easiest option here is to get a 3-pack of $15 cards (note that they MUST be the Holiday-branded cards pictured), but you can get higher denominations if you want to give them away as gifts. Just enter code HOLIDAYGCS at checkout to get the deal. Weirdly, you have to be a "new" gift card customer, meaning you haven't previously ordered any gift cards from Amazon, but you could skirt around this by just creating a new account and signing up for a Prime 30 day free trial, so there's really no excuse to miss out on this.

The only other real caveat is that you have to spend the $10 credit before the end of the year, but with Black Friday around the corner, I don't think you'll have any trouble with that. The gift cards, of course, never expire. [ Amazon]
