Most hot rod mills are pretty elementary. Sure, there's definitely science involved, as well as a wee bit of black art. But they're basically pretty simple. One cam, eight cylinders, valves, rockers, etc. And if you're lucky, there's a big, honkin' Roots-style supercharger bolted to the intake manifold. For y'all with Masters Degrees in Twin-Turboage, this is pretty elemental, but for those of you who are curious about the basics of forced induction, it's definitely not a bad place to start.
