Someone probably turned his hazards on to be "safe" in the fog.... One time I was on vacation with my family and there was rain so thick we had to pull over. This other guy decided to be an idiot and turn his hazard lights on while still driving. The guy behind him, understandably thinking there was a disabled car in his way, slowed down and then hydroplaned into a ditch.

So my idiot wrecked a car and got away with it, but this one killed two people and won't be blamed. Nor will he ever know it was all his fault.
