Remember the Donkervoort D8 GTO Bilster Berg Edition? This is its evil brother, the new Bare Naked Carbon Edition.

Apart from having a transparent matt UV protective coating instead of paint, the Bare Naked D8 GTO is pretty much the same as the standard car packing Audi’s 2.5 R5 TFSI engine, but this time, Donkervoort used visible carbon fiber even for the ignition cylinder and headlight housings as well as the belt and roll bar trim.

Our favorite Dutch car company produces its carbon fiber in-house, with 90% of the bodywork of the D8 GTO made of carbon composites. Here’s the result:

The first example was already sold to Switzerland, so I’ll be on a lookout next year at Geneva.
