Disability Can't Stop Triple Amputee From Driving, But John Law Can!

Michael Francis Wiley, who lost both arms and a leg in a horrific electrocution accident at age 13, never let his disability stop him from driving (he uses his toes to turn the ignition key and steers with an arm stump).
