The Maxima was Nissan’s first real foray into the cutthroat world that is the luxury sedan market, at least in the U.S.. There was no finer model from a Japanese automaker at the time (okay, maybe the Toyota Cressida) and this commenter had the spreadsheet to prove what we already knew in our hearts.
Sharaz Jek, as a 19-year-old kid who knew the computer, probably ended up goosing Maxima sales at that dealership for a while. Everyone was drinking coffee after that day. Nice work.
In honor of the most 1980s comment we’ve had in a while, please enjoy multiple epic hours of montage music. Perfect for cutting spreadsheet creation time down to a few mere jump cuts!
