We’ve all heard of the notion of the automotive design “mood room.” Before an artist first sets out to sketch a brand new car, they go into a room filled with objects to become inspired. Most of the time we have no idea exactly what fills those rooms. But sometimes we know exactly what was in that room.

And we know just what in the mood room when it came time to design the interior of the Subaru WRX S4 Sporvita, thanks to Gary Yogurt Circa 1910:

It doesn’t kind of look like it was designed to resemble a baseball glove, doesn’t it?

Mazel tov, Mr. Yogurt. And may all your interiors be supple.
