AutoWeek examines how Chrysler's flexible 300C platform has seeded not only the in-production Dodge Charger, but two Detroit-ready concepts, the Dodge Challenger and Chrysler Imperial (pictured). The two-door Challenger coupe rides on a shortened version of the 300C chassis β€” four inches shorter to be exact β€” while the Imperial, a luxury bruiser that shares a burly shape with the Rolls-Royce Phantom, sits atop a version that's extended by three inches. Though the company hasn't yet announced plans to build either of these cars, It's pretty much assured we'll be seeing more such rear-drive hooptys from Chrysler in the coming years.
