Looking for all the world like a Messerschmitt KR-200 that's been given widescreen fender-flares and a space-age makeover, the Heidelberg concept was an attempt by a bunch of aerospace engineers to build their own supercar. And then they got bored with it, so they put not just the car, but the entire freaking project up on eBay for you to bid on. Just make sure you have an old steel mill in which to store all the molds, dies and whatnot. And with that, you get two 911-powered prototypes. Score? Or sixteen tons of white elephant? [Thanks to Rowan for the tip.]
