For $20million GBP for debts + whatever the company is selling for, that's peanuts for an established racing company that has a well known name. I'm surprised that there are no billionaires stepping up to buying this, even as a "trophy" asset. For example, Mr. James Glickenhaus is considering an LMP entry into the 24 hours of Le Mans... there's an entire company with expertise in that field right here, and the cost couldn't be that much more significant than fielding a team.
