We're not sure if McLaren is bringing a 1,000 horsepower F1-successor to Pebble Beach, but Bugatti isn't taking any chances. Bugatti of Beverly Hills has ordered up a custom 1,200 horsepower Grand Sport Vitesse to show off at the Concours d'Elegance.
For all of its blocky proportions, the Veyron is actually an extremely well-detailed design. None of that really changes for this Pebble Beach car, which just gets a new white-over-blue paint job and matching blue wheels, just like the one Pierre Veyron had when he raced a 90-horsepower supercharged Bugatti Type 37A back in 1928.
Would the Pebble Beach Grand Sport Vitesse really stand up to a new McLaren, or is this too big, too heavy of a car?
