Heads up, ennui-hammered oil-rich UAE youth! No longer will you need to risk life and limb on city streets as you attempt to ward off the demons of boredom by street-racing your Enzos and Veyrons. Now you can just head on down to Emirates Motorplex and race on an actual quarter-mile dragstrip- you know, the kind with guardrails, timers, no cross streets, etc. Thanks to Sheik Marwan al-Mualla, son of the emirate's ruler, his personal (!!!) dragstrip is now open to the public. No word on the rules for the two-wheeling class yet; in any case, we're betting they don't call the starting lights a "Christmas Tree."
