Best Car rendered the 2010 Subaru Legacy, also, probably the 2010 Subaru Outback, ahead of their rumored New York Auto Show debut. It looks like they just took the shiny paint off the concept.
Given the Subaru Legacy Concept, it's a fair bet to say the next Legacy will be shedding its sleeper status for something a lot more aggressive. These images borrow heavily from the concept which was unveiled in Detroit, with a more toned down paint job and removal of the gimmicky concept car junk. Rumor has it the car will also be getting upgrades like th 3.6 liter H6 from the Tribeca and a selection of new transmissions including a CVT for the fuel sipping model. Don't hold your breath for Subaru's 2.0 liter diesel.
