Well, look what GM rolled out for this year's Woodward Dream Cruise. It's a pre-production model of the Pontiac G8 GT, which debuted in concept form at the Chicago auto show this past February. Gone are the avant garde billet wheels, in favor of more workaday split five-spokes. Last we heard the showroom version will cost in the low to mid $30,000s and be powered by 6.0-liter V8, producing 362 hp and 391 lb-ft of torque, sport a limited-slip diff and get from zero to 60 in 5.5 seconds. Of course, a six-speed will be offered too, natch. [via GM Inside News]
