In between the 2006 model year, when the current-generation Audi TT was pulled from states where it didn't meet new emissions requirements (e.g., New York, California, Massachusetts) and the 2008 model year, when Audi will introduce the new TT, will be the year without TTs. Audi officials say there won't be a 2007-model TT, but the company will debut an A3 S-line (not an S3, mind you; just an A3 with S design elements and badging) and the new V10-powered S8. Nonetheless, like the Ferrari 599 GTB, the TT will ride on a bed of electrons, with Delphi's automatically adjustable "magnetorheological" suspension to handle road-smoothing duties.
