I have had enough of all the Mercury Capri hype on this site. Whether it’s taking them to Moab for Capri meet ups, or recommending them as the ultimate daily driver that you can also take to the track, you guys just can’t shut up about this thing.

Then there are all the Capri fan boys that clog up the comments talking about the performance mods they have planned or obsessing about some JDM visual change they’re making.

God.

I know they’re a hot item right now, and that clean ones are somehow selling for north of $70k, but if Jalopnik keeps up its MerCap-centric world view I’m going to find a new car site.
