Looking a bit like an E-Type on a sashimi bender, Toyota's 2000 GT is really one of the coolest cars ever to come out of the land of giant rubber monsters and schoolgirl fetish smut. Hand-built by craftsmen at Yamaha in a run of 351 between 1967 and 1970. Its twin-cam version of the home-market Crown's mill pumped out only 150hp, but it was reportedly a hoot to drive. Uncle Bumbeck shot a couple at last weekend's All-Toyotafest, and hot damn if they ain't gorgeous cars. Also, anyone know what those panels behind the front fenders are?
