We're not huge fans of the Nanny State. We'd rather have healthcare for everyone so we can get patched up when things break. And of course, Jeremy Clarkson, when it comes to anything from speed cameras to vehicles that emit various "bongs" alerting the driver to any possible miscue, viciously opposed. So we wonder what took Britain's office of the Health and Safety executive so long to finally respond to Clarkson's incessant invocation of their name whenever the traction control on a vehicle is too intrusive.
