If these new spy shots are an indication, the 2007 Mini Cooper's updates will be largely under the skin, with new engines expected — developed with Peugeot-Citroen. There may be some mild design changes to the headlight assembly, which is still under wraps in these photos. More interior room will be achieved more by way of deft spacial engineering rather than changes in dimension, and spies spotted what could be a keyless ignition similar to that of the current BMW 7-Series. Launch date is still spottier than a day-school measles epidemic, though. (And what of that rumored Getrag AWD version, by the by?)
