He had a son named Dino who thought otherwise and thus a few Dino's were made with 6 cylinder engines. Around the 60's some of these car's had the Dino name larger than the Ferrari name on them. As the car lived up to the Ferrari name, the Ferrari name became larger on the car. I'm sure there is more history on this on the web and maybe a bit more accurate.

It would be neat to see Ferrari make a 6 piston car to compete with BMW and others. Turbocharge it as well.
