Mosley's constant meddling in the sport have degraded the appeal of F1 to many of us fans. F1 is the pinnacle of motorsports - showcasing the best drivers in the world in the most cutting edge automotive technology. His polices like the 10 year engine development freeze goes against everything Formula One is about. Furthermore, Mosley in recent years seems to act shamelessly on behalf of Ferrari; it goes without saying that a man of his influence should be an impartial manager in the sport.

While I am saddened to see that Mosley's family is going to have deal with his embarrassing transgressions in the public forum, I can only hope that Mosley's (hopeful) departure from Formula One will allow teams to regain focus on actual racing rather than what silly and arbitrary rule changes Mosley and the FIA will impose next.
