I'm not so impressed with these overpriced specs. I had a cheap pair of Scott Night Amplifier lensed goggles almost 7 years ago that worked wonders for night-time exploits on poorly lit slopes. No idea how well they would work for driving, but they added clarity and cut back on stadium light glare.
