Actually, this would be pretty fun to have even if you didn't have a car. Getting a bunch of guys together to carry around one of these and an air compressor and absolutely terrorize your town would be hilarious. Cars would make for good getaway capabilities, but you could always hide in the bushes to stun passers by.

Hey, I can fit that bolted to the frame of my Freightliner XC-framed motorhome. Even have a decent amount of air. The OEM air horns will sound for at least two minutes, with the engine running.

The system is rated for only 130 PSI, however....
