I personally vote that digital gauges suck, but digital speedometers rule. I constantly check my gauges, but only to see if they've moved from where I last remember. Quick sight referencing, that's it.

But a digital speedo is wonderful. You almost always know exactly how fast over the limit you're going. It's very hard to be wrong.

i actually like digital gauge clusters. a lot. nostalgia for a decade i didnt have to live through, i guess...
they don't really work on modern cars, though... except for ones that are just lcd screens, like in the S-class and the Reventon.

Ohh Man!!
These sucked when Nissan used them. They sucked when GM used them. They just plain suck. Once your familiar with the instrument cluster you can almost always find the info quicker with a dial that a bar graph.

These should have remained on the scrap heap with the talking cars!!

I'm generally not a fan of Henrik post BMW/Aston Martin, but the Karma is pretty hot. Kind of a modren (sp) Quattroporte (Maserati is going to personanongrata me for that remark).

Let's all keep our fingers crossed that they can roll past the mockup stage with the $80 pricetag intact.
