The Worldwide Pants deal means that Letterman is out of re-runs, his guests don't have to cross picket lines, and there's professionally written material for the host.

That doesn't change the fact that Roy is an asshole and that Jalopnik did the world a great disservice (and destroyed its journalistic credibility) by observing his embargo.
